For students:

- ARRIVAL: Once we know your travel plans, we will meet you and your school at either the train or bus station and take you to your housing.
- FEES: 10 RON per participant to be paid to account (RO69 RZBR 0000 0600 0872 5950 - RAIFFEISEN BANK - Ag. Piata Romana, Nr.9) by October 6, 2008.
- HOUSING: Will be provided by the festival sponsors at a highschool's dormitory. Check-in will be on October 23 at 18:00 and check-out will be on October 26 at 15:00.
- FOOD: Students are suggested to bring enough money to cover these expenses.

- Sunday October 26 - 10.00-13.00 (Award Ceremony)
Maps will be given to every school showing how to travel between the Palatul Copiilor, Housing and to the Disco |

Winners will recieve cash, prizes and diplomas. All students and teachers will recieve diplomas of participation, stamped and signed by Michael A. Destro. |
The Jury will include 4 Members:
- A professional actor or actress
- An English professor, Drama professor or Stage Director
- A High School or College student whom study in English
- An American Volunteer from Peace Corps or Cultural Director
